CD Player is not working correctly

If you are experiencing issues with your CD player, try unplugging your unit for 5 minutes and plugging it back in. You can also try performing a factory reset by going into the settings menu. To access the menu, press and hold the volume knob on the unit or press the menu button on the remote control.

If a CD is completely stuck, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Dysfunctional Display

If the screen is not working correctly, try replacing the AA batteries in the back of your unit. To do this, please disconnect your unit from the power source, replace the AA batteries, and leave the Music System unplugged for at least one hour before plugging it back in. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact Customer Support.

Loses Time/ Does not change for daylight savings

If your unit is not keeping the correct time, try turning off the auto-update feature. To do this, enter the menu by pressing and holding the volume knob or pressing the menu button on the remote control. Scroll to and select auto-update, select, and disable. Then manually set the time on your unit.

Poor AM Reception:

If you are experiencing poor reception, make sure you have installed the included AM external antenna. Place it near a window for best results. If you are still experiencing poor AM reception, consider purchasing a TERK AM Advantage Antenna.

You can also try changing the position of your radio or moving it to a different room to see if the reception improves.

Bluetooth Not Connecting:

If you are seeing your Music System BT appear on your Bluetooth list but are having trouble connecting, try forgetting your Music System BT in the Bluetooth menu of your device and then re-pairing them. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance*.

*Confirm that your smart device is running the latest firmware version.

I am attempting to turn up the volume on my device and it is maxed. How can I make the audio louder as it seems low?

The audio’s volume through Bluetooth is controlled by the device output as well as the speaker’s volume output. We recommend placing your Bluetooth device at 80% output and adjusting the volume knob on the radio to reach your preferred overall volume.

The Music System BT arrived in a timely fashion, packaged well, interior box and paper work crisp condition. The Music System BT is as shown on the Tivoli site, is also in new, pristine condition. Beautiful white.
The sound is clear, crisp, pure and clean. I like that the bass can be adjusted. In my case, I prefer it at a medium to lower level.
I hope to enjoy this unit for many years to come.

Took a bit of time to get her but i am never disappointed with a tivoli product

Not bad

We replaced a Bose system which no longer played CDs consistently, or stayed connected to Wifi well. The Tivoli unit lacks the ability to play preset internet radio stations. The sound is fine. We consistently have trouble connecting from our phones or iPad via Bluetooth.
