Ordered radio prior to Xmas cutoff for shipping, after some delay the radio arrived in more or less a timely fashion. Parts were missing and the radio was not operable without them. I advised Tivoli and the parts were subsequently shipped several days later. Christmas has come and gone (the radio was a Christmas present) and the parts are still not here. How happy would you be ?
